Hypnobabies
Wednesdays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
November 5 – December 10
Community Hospital North Learning Center, 4th Floor (Maternity Unit, Room 4003)
Cost: $250

Learn about natural childbirth and hypnosis for a beautiful, easier birthing experience. Hypnobabies is a 6-week childbirth class that uses real medical hypno-anesthesia. Visit www.hypnobabies.com to learn more. Expectant mother should plan to finish the 6-week course by her 36th week of pregnancy. Please bring 2 pillows, a blanket, a snack and something to drink to class. All other class materials will be provided. Partners are encouraged to accompany the expectant mothers.

Expectant Dads Workshop

Tuesdays; January 20, April 14, July 21 and October 20 
6:30 to 8 p.m.
Community Hospital North, Learning Center classroom 4004 (4th floor)
Free class

Learn how to be involved with your baby from pregnancy on, help with labor and birth, understand emotions of yourself and mom, take care of the baby and more. Taught by pediatrician William Fisher, M.D. Light refreshments will be served.

By registering for and attending a class, you will automatically be entered into a drawing to win a copy of the Real Simple Meals Made Easy recipe book. A drawing will be held at each class. If for any reason a class is cancelled, a drawing will be held for those who have registered for the class.
